Who is this course for?	Students who want to improve their Chinese conversational skills and also have time to enjoy sightseeing in Beijing or Shanghai.
Syllabus	The ´Star´ course offers daily classes with a trained, experienced Chinese teacher. Particular attention is paid to practical learning skills of speaking, listening and reading phonetics. Each day consists of 4 classes. The first two will focus on a general review of language and vocabulary. The second two classes deal with Chinese grammar and then a general conversation with the class. Topics include Chinese history and cultural issues.

Syllabus	You will first of all discuss your main objectives with a private tutor. From this discussion we will be able to identity the areas you need to improve on or learn. All our tutors have a great deal of experience in finding the best method to help you with your Chinese and all are native speakers. We specialise in Business Chinese, building vocabulary and training in pronunciation. The course is flexible so that you can arrange the classes around your own free time.

In the afternoon you will learn Chinese characters and learn how to read and write whilst strengthening your conversational skills. This course is ideal preparation for students who want to go on to a Chinese university and are held from between 3 to 12 months.
