Montreal

 

Montreal is considered to be the world’s largest bilingual city, where English and French cultures meet. In 2006 Monteral was named UNESCO City of Design. Located on an island, in the St. Lawrence River, Montreal is an exciting city where you can enjoy a rich cultural heritage and a never ending buzz of creativity.

Famous for its jazz and comedy festival plus many other types of live street performances and theater. You will find  concerts and theater given in both French & English and a vibrant nightlife scene. For a more relaxed approach to enjoying the city you may like to enjoy a stroll along the cobblestone streets of the Old Port.

Toronto

 

Toronto, Canada’s largest city, is a safe and sophisticated cosmopolitan city on the shores of Lake Ontario.

There is no shortage of things to do in this culturally diverse city. Famous for many things like its international film festival, the CN Tower and its beautiful harbour front, staying in Toronto also gives you the great opportunity to go and visit Niagara Falls!

Vancouver

 

Vancouver was host to the 2010 Winter Olympics and you can still enjoy some of the quality facilities and venues which were created for the event. Known as Canada’s gateway to the Pacific, this friendly and picturesque west coast city offers you culture, recreation, history, adventure, shopping and entertainment all in one incredible setting. 

While staying in Vancouver you shouldn´t miss visiting majestic Stanley Park and at least one of the eight city beaches and depending on the season you might also take the opportunity to go whale watching!

Victoria

 

Victoria is the capital of British Colombia and is located on the southern tip of Vancouver island. It is a cosmopolitan city and has great facilities thanks to previoulsy being a host of the winter Olympics.

This friendly and picturesque city has a bit of everything, whether it´s relaxing on the beach or skiing in the nearby mountains. And of course you still have museums, shopping and all forms of entertainment at your fingerrtips.

The school is centrally located and well connected to all major transport hubs.

Whistler

 

Whistler, one of Canada’s most well known and loved resorts, is just 2 hours by car from Vancouver and is a dream location for adventure lovers year round. In the winter months the ski season runs from late November to early August and there is also the opportunity for glacier skiing from June to August.  Whistlers Blackcomb ski resort is known for great conditions on average receiving 1000cm of snow every winter.  Summer temperatures range from 19 – 30 degrees during the day providing a perfect climate for enjoying the long summer evenings and great outdoors.
