Practical Conversation Course

Who is this course for?	Students who want to learn Basic Japanese conversation, in a short period of time.
Syllabus	On this programme, you will learn basic Japanese grammar and expressions such as Greetings, asking for directions, inviting friends, visiting friends, basic Hiragana, etc. All the lessons are held in Japanese, even if it’s a beginner class. However, your teacher will explain you clearly and slowly, with body language and drawing materials, so that you will be able to understand what the teacher is saying. This course is mainly focused on oral conversation, but you will also have the opportunity to be familiar with basic Hiragana (Japanese writing).

JPLT Preparation Course

Who is this course for?	Students who want to prepare JLPT 2-kyu (advanced) or 1-kyu (high-intermediate) examination in summer.
Syllabus	JLTP, The Japanese Language Proficiency Test (or "Nihongo nōryoku shaken”) is a standardized, and recognized examination to evaluate and certify Japanese language proficiency of non-native speakers, and the school offers preparation courses for Level 1 (advanced) and Level 2 (High Intermediate) examinations. The class will cover all the exam elements, but especially focus on the reading section, where most of the students have difficulties to pass. At the end of the program, you will also receive one-to-one counselling based on an analysis of your practice test results, so that you can continue your study and preparation until the examination day at home.

Who is this course for?	Students who can stay in Japan for 10 weeks or more, and want to learn Japanese not only conversation, but also reading and writing.
Syllabus	On this programme, you will learn all the four necessary technical skills for having good command of language, which are, Speaking, Listening, Reading and Writing. The aim of this program is that you will learn Japanese to a level where you can use Japanese for everyday situation, or for your chosen future career. Therefore, depending on your Japanese level, the program will vary from basic grammar to reading newspaper, Kanji writing, etc. If you have an advanced level, you will also have an option to choose elective classes such as Business Japanese, Speech and Discussion, Writing Essays, Academic Japanese, Exam Preparation, etc.

Who is this course for?	Students who want to learn Japanese during the summer holiday.
Syllabus	During the summer, the school will offer a 3-week program in 5 different levels. As it is a short-time course, this programme is mainly focused on grammar and oral conversation, especially in the beginner’s class. However, if you are in elementary level or above, the class will also cover some basic reading and writing. During the final part of the course, there will be a Free Talk Session, where you will have an opportunity to practice your Japanese with ordinary Japanese guests, so that way you will feel the progress after this program.
