DELE Preparation Course

Who is this course for?	Students who want to prepare for official, government recognised DELE examinations in Spain.
Syllabus	The DELE Examination is offered at 3 levels: DELE Inicial, DELE Intermedio, and DELE Superior, and the school offers DELE Inicial and DELE Intermedio exam preparation courses. It is a 4 week course dedicated to prepare you for the examination. If you already have the required level of Spanish, this programme can be taken as an independent 4-week course. If your Spanish level is lower than the required level, you will first join in a General Spanish course, in order to achieve the required level. There is a level test at the time of booking to ensure you are enrolled for the correct course.

The teaching materials while based on the schools own textbooks can also draw on specialised materials from your specific field of interest. In addition, the teaching yemethodology can also be adapted to your preferred method of learning. If you enrol for this programme, you should complete the Professional/Linguistic Questionnaire, which provides the teachers with essential information about your learning needs and interests.

Who is this course for?	Retired people or those generally around 50 years+, who want to enjoy travelling, getting to know people, and learning new things – Spanish, traditions, cultures etc.
Syllabus	This course combines language learning with social and cultural activities designed to help you get to know the customs and traditions of Malaga and Andalusia and your fellow course participants. The teaching methodology of this course is very different to that of our other courses: the focus is on practical Spanish to enable the participants to use Spanish in the typical situations they will encounter in everyday life such as: asking for directions introducing themselves ordering drinks or food in a restaurant renting a car or booking a hotel room buying food in the market The activities are sometimes integrated with the lessons (eg. learning the language of food items and then visiting the market to buy food for a paella which they learn how to cook) This is a very special programme which is attracting more and more people every year. Who is this course for?	Students who want to learn Spanish cookery, and also want to brush-up their Spanish or learn Spanish as a beginner.
Syllabus	On this programme, you will join General Spanish classes in the morning and cooking lessons and other food and wine related activities in the afternoon. The course includes: Intensive Course: 4 lessons per day of general Spanish at all levels from beginner upwards 2 cooking lessons each week: Each lesson will comprise a brief introductory talk and the preparation of a complete menu. 2 dinners per week, including wine: the participants enjoy a meal with the teacher 1 cultural talk per week on gastronomy topics: in Spanish of course! Cookery textbook: an illustrated recipe book including the most famous Spanish dishes. A cook’s apron: a stylish apron to use during the course and to take home. 1 local visit: a visit to a place of gastronomic interest in Malaga Farewell lunch (2 week course only) Malaga's local cuisine is a variant of the world famous Mediterranean diet. Who is this course for?	Students who want to learn Spanish and want to take Spanish dancing lessons at the same time.
Syllabus	On this programme, you will join General Spanish classes in the morning and dance lessons in the afternoon. For the afternoon’s dance lessons, the school offers 2 dance options: Salsa: salsa and other Latin American dances Flamenco: an introduction to the world of Flamenco via Sevillanas, Rumbas and other typical Flamenco dance styles In the last few years the school has added an excellent dance studio which has a wooden dance floor, full air-conditioning, a practice bar and mirror. Who is this course for?	This course is for anybody with an interest in Spanish Language learning and Dance. As dance is fundamental part of Andalucian and Hispanic culture Malaca Instituto is an excellent place to combine the two.
Syllabus	It is a combination of the General Intensive Course of 4 lessons a day with 2 lessons per day of dance.
Schedule	Spanish lessons are from 8.30 – 12.30pm and dance classes are usually from around 4.00pm, although timings are subject to change.

Malaga is currently one of the most popular destinations to learn Spanish. The capital of the Costa del Sol is located on the southern Mediterranean coastline not far from Torremolinos and Marbella. It also benefits from the famously moderate "Mediterranean climate" and all the cultural heritage of ancient civilizations and influences.

Unlike other more commercial tourist destinations along the Spanish coast; Malaga is a normal Spanish city where you will see that the local people go about their daily business. This city offers plenty of entertainment and the opportunity try one of the many traditional dishes.
